Kaoru Sakurazuka is a normal Japanese youth, not unique in the least except for his oddly feminine facial features, which he hates. His name doesn't thrill him either -- Kaoru is a common name for both girls and boys. What's more, his new female body is fully functional, allowing him to get some great exploring in. What strange adventures are in store for Kaoru in his new body? Yin-Yang!
