Here is another video I've put together from bits and pieces of videos. Trailers, IGN, and YouTube, helped to get the parts I needed for this video. I've also used a classical song made by Carl Orff one of the best composers, IMO, of his time. Based on Frank Miller's graphic novel, "300" concerns the 480 B.C. Battle of Thermopylae, where the King of Sparta led his army against the advancing Persians; the battle is said to have inspired all of Greece to band together against the Persians, and helped usher in the world's first democracy. The text is a series of poems found in a medieval manuscript in the 19th century in Germany. Most of them are in latin, some in german. There are more than two hundred. They talk about love, returning of spring, drinking and gambling, the human condition and the world, etc. El texto es de una serie de poemas de un manuscripto medieval encontrado en el siglo 19 en Alemania. La mayorìa están en latín, también hay en alemán. Son màs de doscientos. The chance of prosperity and of virtue is not now mine; whether willing or not, a man is always liable for Fortune's service. At this hour without delay touch the strings! Because through luck she lays low the brave, all join with me in lamentation! O Fortuna, como la luna cambiante, siempre creciendo y decreciendo; detestable vida primero oprimes y luego alivias a tu antojo; pobreza y poder derrites como el hielo. Destino monstruoso y vacio, tu rueda da vueltas, perverso, vano es el bienestar y siempre se disuelve en nada, sombrío y velado me mortificas a mi también; ahora por el juego traigo mi espalda desnuda para tu villanía.
