Isaiah Washington's public lie at Golden Globes that prompted TR Knight to finally speak out. Background: When the original slur happened in Oct. 2006, during an argument Washington had on-set with Patick Dempsey in front of the entire cast and crew, the story got leaked to the media and made the news. Knight would not comment and did his best to ignore it hoping it would go away. Washington issued a PR "apology" and the story died down. At Golden Globes Washington himself brought it up again twice (once on the red carpet, and the other you see in this clip) and said the word again. That is why Knight finally decided to speak out. Washington just issued an apology for his Golden Globes actions as well.

This amazing passage from the Hebrew Prophets was written over 700 years before the birth of Jesus. It is found in Jewish Bibles today, though it is left out of the weekly synagogue readings, as are many other texts of the Bible. When people read Isaiah 53 without knowing which part of the Bible it comes from, they often wrongly assume is from the New Testament. Did Isaiah foresee the sufferings of Jesus to pay for our sins? Isaiah 52 The Exalted Servant 13 Behold, My servant will prosper, He will be high and lifted up and greatly exalted. 14 Just as many were astonished at you, My people, So His appearance was marred more than any man And His form more than the sons of men. 15 Thus He will sprinkle many nations, Kings will shut their mouths on account of Him; For what had not been told them they will see, And what they had not heard they will understand.
